Our Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome (maximum 2 pets per apartment), each up to 100 lb. Monthly pet rent is $75 per pet. A one-time non‑refundable pet fee ranges from $350 to $700, and a refundable deposit of $700 is required. Certain dog breeds and mixes (e.g., German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, etc.) are prohibited.
